Let’s get moving

Regular exercise can lead to a healthier, happier you. All fitness levels are welcome to attend.

Topics covered in this class include:

  • Strengthening core muscles
  • Improve flexibility and balance
  • Exercise safely and effectively without specialized equipment
  • 30-45 minute workout

What to bring:

Plenty of water, towel and/or yoga mat.

What to wear:

Loose, comfortable clothing and gym shoes.

Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited.
