Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. of olive oil and red pepper flakes. Add the shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add half the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute. Set aside.
Add the remaining 2 tsp. olive oil and garlic to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds. Then add the zucchini noodles for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Then add the shrimp and tomatoes to the pan. Squeeze the lemon over the mixture and toss. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
